Аннотация
на основе исследования различных подходов к классификации лиц в немеждународных вооружённых конфликтах и толкованию понятия "непосредственное участие в военных действиях" в соответствии с международным гуманитарным правом в статье обосновывается вывод о необходимости использования сбалансированного подхода, являющегося компромиссом между требованиями защиты гражданского населения и военной необходимостью.
