Abstract
The paper is devoted to the analysis of negative tendencies in employment as making impact onthe disbalance in demand for specialists on one hand and – on the other – determining their trainingwithin the system of education. The research focuses upon the issues of salary differentiation acrosseconomy sectors, labor motivation and labor strategies of the young, the priorities of an employer inhiring an employee. The statistical and sociological data substantiates the conclusions regarding thecorrectitude of interpreting labor market signals with respect to the demand for specialists in various fields.
