- В статье представлен обзор наиболее интересных докладов, прозвучавших на состоявшейся 3 июня 2025 г. в Институте государства и права Российской академии наук Международной научной конференции «“Живая конституция”: современные преломления». В ее работе приняли участие представители ведущих научных учреждений и вузов России, а также исследователи из Беларуси. Рассматривался широкий круг проблем, связанных с современными интерпретациями доктрины «живой конституции», позволяющей адаптировать конституционные тексты к актуальным цивилизационным вызовам без формального внесения в них изменений.
