Abstract
in the article the authors attempt to examine the interaction between federal and regional government bodies in the context of the organization and fulfi llment of law-making activities. The authors also analyses some (the most important from their point of view) methodological and practical aspects of participation of subjects of the Federation in the law-making process of the Russian Federation.
