- Abstract
- this article contains a brief analysis of issues of legal protection of constitutions (charters) of subjects of the Russian Federation, which is carried out by their interpretation. The questions of interpretation of the Basic laws of the regional level have not only theoretical but also practical importance, since the creation of constitutional justice in the Russian regions is not completed and causes a lot of questions.
