- Abstract
- The paper analyzes the use of quantitative methods in domestic and foreign legal studies. In addition to the mathematical methods in the law, a review of the use of quantitative analysis in the context of other legal research techniques is done such as statistical and sociological analysis of law, economic analysis of law, formalization, logical analysis, modeling, legal experiment, synergetic (systemic analysis) and legal conflict studies.
