- Abstract
- The subject of this article is the gas pipeline transferring gas through the state border - cross-border gas pipelines. The article contains the analysis of the differences between legal regimens of the gas pipeline running on the continental shelf territory and located in the exclusive economical zone, as well as the infl uence of the legal regimen of artifi cial islands, installations and structures on the legal regimen of the pipelines.
