- Abstract
- work on the basis of the complex analysis of theoretical and applied problems exposes the tendencies of functioning of the operative judicial control in a criminal law procedure of Russia. Therefore, it has been concluded that the enactment of the effi cient judicial control did not result in the establishment of a judicial remedy in the form of an operational procedural guarantee.
