- Abstract
- сonducting pre-election debates during elections is very important part of electoral process. Analyzing the conducting debates in a number of countries, the author concludes, that one of the important problem is observe equality of conditions pre-elections debates. The article centers round the problems of legal regulation pre-election television and radio debates in some states.
