- Abstract
- in the review there is given the critical analyses of the main elements of the text-book "Entrepreneurial (Business) Law of Russian Federation", under the edition of E.P. Gubin and P.G. Lakhno; its structure, content and methodical provision; noted some defects: inconsistent of structure (structure inconsistency), absence (lack) of the uniformity in interpretation of separate institutes of business law, uncertainty of author's position in interpretation of some questions about the place of business law in the system of Russian law, subjects of entrepreneurial activity, conception and types of organizing-law form and other aspects.
