- Abstract
- the article is devoted to valid the proposition that the all of the essence of legality in the theory and in the practice of jurisprudence is the result of the law formal equality principle. It was showed that the norm of right (law) is the universal and necessary doctrinal form to express the freedom. In the conditions of postsocialism the succession use of the law formal equality principle lead to the civilism.
