- Abstract
- The article is devoted to one of the problem questions, concerning with establishment of territorial form of government in Russian Federation. The author makes а definition of federation reveals shortcomings and exposes the advantages of form of government;119 makes a comparative analysis of territorial forms of government and a forecast of Russia is further development.
