- Abstract
- Existence and development of a civil society is impossible out of difficult system ofpublic relations, and without participation (direct or mediated) the states, in particular, by means of the edition and application of norms private and public law. Also influence on a civil society is rendered by political system of the state on which quality during the concrete moment of time and state and society development models of development of a society depend.
