- Abstract
- this article covers the questions of legal status of self-governing authorities as legal entities according to its dual character - as institute of public authority and as business entity. In the article is discussed the question of correlation of civil legal personality of self-governing authorities and personality of municipal entity. Legislation about form of corporation in the type of state institution of self-governing authorities as legal entity is also analyzed in the article.
