- Abstract
- Annotation: in 2008 United Nations Management on drugs and criminality publishes "Recommended kinds of practice in the fi eld of protection of witnesses by manufacture on the criminal cases, concerning the organized crime". In the present article the author compares the specifi ed Recommendations and the Russian Federal law "On the state protection of victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal legal proceedings", defi nse thereby the questions demanding the legislative permission, and also the questions which are of interest for scientifi c researches with the results which can be used in domestic lawmaking.
