Abstract
It`s described the content and role of the categories of change and development in methodological ensuring of the sociology of law. It`s shown the value of the mobility theme of social processes for the development of the sociology of law. It`s demonstrated the examples of the socio-legal study of the topic of mobility of political and legal institutions.
