- Abstract
- This article explains the need to use a unique method of scientific and legal research and the method of state-legal impact on legal practice based on statistical analysis of values and interests of law enforcement officials, established on the basis of criteria established by the statistical evaluation of their activities. Suggestions have been made about the need to ensure maximum compliance with the criteria of statistics as the basis of attitudes enforcers, what purpose the law, which the legislator had in mind.
