- Abstract
- THIS ARTICLE DESCRIBES GENERAL TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPLEX MEGATRAK "ECONOMIC LAW” IN VARIOUS COUNTRIES (GERMANY, FRANCE, CHINA). THE CONCLUSION IS THAT IN MODERN RUSSIA THE SAME INDUSTRY IS OBJECTIVELY FORMED (DE FACTO), AND THEREFORE REQUESTED TO ACKNOWLEDGE ITS PRESENCE IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FUNDAMENTAL DOCTRINE OF THE CURRENT RUSSIAN LEGAL SCIENCE.
