- Abstract
- In the article on the example of the specifi c decisions of the European Court of human rights examines the meaning of the case law of this Court for the formation of domestic legislation. Shows how to take into account the precedents of the European Court of human rights in the national legal activities. The necessity to reform the standards of the Convention, with which the European Court of human rights compares various aspects of the proceedings of member States of the Council of Europe.
