- Abstract
- Annotation: the article is devoted to the analysis of the requirements which a teacher who participates in an interrogation of minors on criminal cases must correspond to. According to the author, this person must have a vocational education and/or a work experience of at least three years with teenagers of the certain age group. In addition, one more obligatory requirement is an absence of the circumstances preventing from him participating in the criminal court proceeding.
