- Abstract
- State is a state power in unity with population and space (territory) under power’s rule. State power - is an embodiment of a state hood, an expression of a state sovereignty and a creator and protector of law and social order. State sovereignty - is a legal independence of a state power from any other power. The main factor of democracy’s success is a political and general knowledge and so an activity of electorate.
