Abstract: in the scientifi c publication the legal aspects connected with the confl ict of interests on the state and municipal service are analyzed, authors research of a problematics in sphere of anticorruption control is offered. On the basis of the analysis of the modern legislation and lawuse experts taking into account opinions of leading researchers are offered changes in statutory acts.
