Abstract
Discussion of a current state and prospect of a legal policy in Russia in a context of possible scenarios of modernization became the conference purpose. At conference questions have been condemned: theoretikal-methodological interpretation of modernization and the legal policy, a role of a legal policy in modernization of Russia, feature of political and legal modernization of Russia. Representatives of the scientific and educational centers of Moscow and other cities of Russia have taken part in conference. Their reports in the form of theses are stated in the given review.
