- this article drew attention to the unconventional approach in nosta historical and legal research. To detect patterns of historical development of Russia as a whole, and the prosecutor offi ce, in particular, the author of the monograph use-only elk legislation of the Russian Empire (1825 - March 2, 1917) and the legislation of the Российское Provisional Government (March 3 - 26 October 1917).
