Abstract
In the scientific article the legal aspects connected with receipt on municipal service in the Russian Federation are analyzed. Munitcipal-office relations are investigated in a close connection with public service. On the basis of the theoretical analysis the practical decision of problems and modification of the domestic legislation is offered.
