- Abstract
- The article examines the right of association as enshrined in Art. 30 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and it is considered from the standpoint of constitutional and civil enforcement. The article gives a valid conclusion about the need for a clear conceptual approach to the formation of non-profi t organizations, which must be held simultaneously with the improvement of legal person legislation
