- Abstract
- Judicial community is a form of self-organization of judges that does not have anything in common with state authority or public organizations. Due to the structured character it is able of fulfilling certain functions by forming the appropriate competent bodies which may also receive the legislator’s authorization to perform rather signifi cant powers.
