Abstract
judicial power is treated as a social system / organization, based on hierarchical managerial principals, but tuking in to a account the procedural independence of judies. Thus, alongside the judicial - organizational and procedural relationships there exist also hierarchical managerial ones. Its subjects, forms, realization and legal bases will be discussed. The hierarchical managerial relationships in the formation the judicial corps will be emphasized.
