Abstract
The article deals with problems of legal regulation of parliamentary opposition activity in the State Duma, examines the Regulations of the State Duma and Federal Law "On the status of a member of the Federation Council and the status of deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation" of 8 May 1944 year. The author declares necessity for adoption of Federal Law "On guarantees of the opposition in the Russian Federation" and makes suggestions about its contents.
