Abstract

In article ways of an establishment of object of a crime are considered. According to the author for the purpose of an establishment of object of a crime it is necessary to use structure of public relations in which it is possible will allocate subjects and a subject of relations which is object of a crime. In turn the subject and its volume is established by means of subjects of relations.
