- Abstract
- the article considers the problems of doctrine understanding and forming of the modern Russian legal policy. Scientifi c research analysis of the legal policy concept, the history of its formation and modern state of scientifi c direction is carried out. The relationship between the category of legal policy and the following allied juridical categories is examined: lawmaking, law creative work and law creative policy. The key features of legal law creative policy as a form of law creative process are determined. The problem of factors infl uencing on the implementation of effective legal policy in the modern Russia is analyzed.
