Abstract
in this article is mentioned the term spatial object, which is used in various legal acts. Obligatory signs of spatial object that characterize it, are marked. Objects which have characteristic signs of spatial objects are defined. Definitions of the concepts: "real estate", "natural resources", "natural object" are resulted in this article. Various authors's points of view concerning the content of the given concepts, provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation are defined.
