- Abstract
- The study of this article is a constitutional system of social rights, tendencies and prospects of realization of the right to social security in the Russian Federation that are central in determining the nature of the state as social. Shows the problems of the modern threats and challenges, causing the need to reform the mechanism of realization of the right to social security, distribution of functions and constitutional obligations of the state in the field of social security between the state authorities and non-state institutions of the society. The article presents and substantiates the thesis that the constitutional right of citizens to social security is central to the reduction of modern social threats and challenges, building a social state.
