- Abstract
- the review contains performances of participants scientifi cally-practical a round table, the Samara state university which has taken place on October, 12th, 2010 on the basis of faculty of law. The greatest attention has been given to the basic directions of formation to the legal policy in modern Russia. Such scientifi c problems, as formation of a legal policy in the conditions of modernization, the legal policy of modern Russia in sphere of restriction of the government, the legal policy in system of representations about a legal reality, subjective and subjectivity in the legal policy, subject structure of a law-enforcement policy as a basis of the mechanism of its formation were discussed.
