- Abstract
- The article gives a system analysis of statutory regulations of the procedural criminal law that sets forth the procedural status of the investigator. It also discusses a number of other controversial issues associated with the investigator's activity. The article substantiates the need to introduce appropriate amendments and additions into the law in order to marke pre-trial investigation on criminal cases more effi cient.
