- Abstract
- This research covers the legal nature of a possessive law under the Russian legislation of the 18–19th centuries. One purpose of the study is to identify the elements of this legal phenomenon. Another objective consists of analysing the legal content of this institute. The reseach is based on the Complete Set of the Laws of the Russian Empire and the Code of Laws of the Russian Empire.
