Abstract

the modern Russian legislation is very complicated and contradictory. According the meaning of great hart of population this is the result of bad use of juridical technique by the lawmaking bodies. In reality the law can be of good quality only if the lawmaker has calculated by its preparing all social factors connected with the situation which has to be regulated. What about the juridical technique it helps to organize the direct and inverted connection between the citizens, civic society and state.
