- Abstract
- The review notes depth and originality of the author's approach to research of law-making and law enforcement problems. Attention is drawn to importance of the considered issues of forming legal influence, to applicability of the author's arguments and conclusions regarding optimal ways of social relations regulation. Emphasis is made on importance of investigated types of monitoring and legal evaluation for the law enforcement process. The review gives reasons for great scientific value of the monograph and utility of the recommendations given by Yu.A. Tikhomirov.
