Abstract
The present manual is devoted to a description of key questions of the constitutional (state) law of the Russian Federation as an independent branch and integrated sphere of legal knowledge. On the basis of modern notions оn the most important social relations, the work systematically and consistently characterizes norms, institutions, and subbranches constituting the fundamentals of the constitutional and legal regulation. The structure of the manual echoes with the sequence of grouping the legal norms in the сhapters of the Russian Constitution, thus providing ease of understanding the given information and efficiency of its practical use. The book will be of interest for employees of the bodies of state power and local self-government, experts in the constitutional (state) law, students, postgraduates, teachers, as well as for all those interested in the questions of interpretation and practical application of the constitutional (state) law of the Russian Federation.
