Abstract

The article examines some issues related to the constitutional right to a favourable environment in the light of national security. The problems concern in particular the rational use of natural resources and the state of environmental legislation. The environmental crisis is seen as a factor that makes it difficult to ensure the right to a favourable environment and national security.
