The problem of construction of Constitution is considered via the methodology of poststructuralism, in particular - the concept of connotative and denotative meanings; the necessity of construction of Constitution provisions as contextually interrelated, is discovered; the idea of polysemy of political and legal meanings, contained in the text of Constitution, is justified; methodological approach to the issue of boundlessness of cultural and historical context of Constitution is proposed.
