- Abstract
- This article deals with the questions of the banking law existence and it's place in the Russian legal system. The author analyzes different opinions about the nature of banking law and gives a critical assessment of scientists' points. The conclusion of the article shows that banking law is the complex formation, which consists of public and private principles, and regulates relationships in the sphere of banking activity.
