- Abstract
- This article is devoted to the study ofpeculiarities of implementation and legal regulation of the parallel of money circulation in Russia and in many foreign countries. The paper proposes to clarify the concept of a parallel monetary circulation, dividing it into horizontal and vertical parallel monetary circulation. The article gives examples of current practices and a history of parallel of money circulation in Russia and foreign countries.
