- Abstract
- the article analyzes consolidation and realization issues of constitutional principles in the work of the Russian police; the article analyzes the mechanisms of realization of administrative principles in the work of police offi cers, the article analyzes issues in the work of police aimed at securing of protection of the citizens rights and legitimate interests. The role and importance of the principles of organization and the work of the Russian police is shown in the article, and based on this the content of the consolidated in the Law On Police principles is described.
