- Abstract
- Аrticle contains a substantiation of the new approach to perception of such essential properties of the right, as its ontology and external expression in the form of the fair (justice) rule applied to actual mutual legal subjects' relations on the basis of custom or the law. The approach the author names integral and sees its main appointment in assistance to overcoming of existing chaotic methodological pluralism and scientific particularities, which made sensitive difficulties to complete vision of scientific and practical problems and to their fundamental discussion.
