Abstract
the current paper offers a legal survey of the antidiscrimination legislation and law enforcement practice in the European countries. This analysis is made through evaluation of national standards - on the example of Germany, of France and of Netherlands, etc and of the standards of EU and of Council Europe and practice of its using regarding to the right to equality.
