Abstract
Social problems and historical experience of Russia in the field of legislation ordering are considered. Preconditions of successful carrying out of such work are formulated. It is shown, that the work on legislation ordering should be spent at new scientific and technological level today. For an illustration of a modern condition of legal logic the short review of its development from Leibniz to modern works in the field of an artificial intellect is presented.
