- Abstract
- The liability problem in civil law is among most dispute questions of modern jurisprudence. At the decision of the given problem the author suggests to start with the following methodological parcel: studying legal responsibly makes sense so far as it is a question of application corresponding forced measures within the limits of "vertical" guarding legal relationship. A number of important theoretical positions, including a conclusion that civil law liability as versions of legal responsibility don't exist is as a result formulated.
