Abstract
Norvegian constitution is the second oldest after the US Constitution. The text of this constitution has been fundamentaly changed several times for it's almost two hundread years history. This essay deals with the modern experience of constitutional regulation in Norway and bridges the gap between the live and fictitious constitution in Norway.
