- Abstract
- thisе article is dedicated to improving the device of currency legislation. So far, the device of currency legislation has not yet become the subject of an independent and comprehensive investigation. The excess amount of the basic concepts of currency laws and their inconsistency with the rules of civil law lead to the incompatibility of certain concepts. The concepts used by the legislator must be unambiguous, well-defi ned, clear and consistent with the whole complex used in terms of legal science. The author tries to examine the relationship of such basic concepts as money, currency and legal tender, understand their interrelation and interdependence. In addition it shows the relationship of the institute of cash and non-cash monetary circulation in the aspect of changes in the currency legislation.
