- Abstract
- Annotation: the most important kind of Law politics is Ledgislation making politics. According the competenz of lawmakers it can be dividet into the federal, regional and local politics. As offer for modernization and democratization it is proposed to use the methodolodgy of studying the Ledgislation making politics used by our Sector theory and sociology of Law of the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Siences of the USSR during the years last century.
