Abstract
The article dwells upon the statuary details of The Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Analysis of forming, goals, rights and obligations of The Central Bank of the Russian Federation is held to find out some aspects of this collective subject of law status, whether it is a body of state with some bank organization powers, or a bank, having some governmental authorities. Researching the aspects of legal personality of The Central Bank of the Russian Federation is also accompanied with analysis of some questionary matters of the general theory of state and law.
